Meta house has a team approach. The ENTIRE staff, clinical and support, gives such energy and effort to help you move through the mud and fog that addiction leaves you in. When I arrived I was in a complete state of apathy and despair. Working with my therapist there and attending the various groups(while participating, it helps a lot😉) I opened up to have acceptance and understanding how my addiction works. They gave me this four letter word I haven't had before, HOPE!! It has awoken the part of me that was in a state of non-existence. I owe my life to them for had I not went through with it, I KNOW I would not be here today. They don't rush you out in 28 days like so many rehabs. I was in inpatient for 6 months, and after 3 decads of living in destruction of not only myself but.my family and the community around me. Thank you all at META because each and EVERY one of you had a positive impact on my decision to adapt, and THRIVE without using drugs and alcohol. So thankful, Valerie Keiller

Staff are always 2 quick to notice the bad things. But never comened you on what your doing good.
